Objective is to produce e-store merchandise to:

Case Study: Mr. Lube National Franchisee Convention Kit

Objective is to create a meaningful welcome package to be given to franchisees at annual convention in Hawaii

  • Create a welcome kit for 250 attendees
  • Ensure that all items are relevant to convention theme and location by incorporating a Hawaiian/Beach theme along with unique convention logo branded on all items.
  • Deliver all the kits to convention site and oversee all fulfillment including international shipping and customs clearance

Program Execution

  • Worked closely with client in initial creative stage in supplying multiple idea sets that tied back to initial objectives.
  • Sampled many items to arrive at kit contents which included; surfboard shaped beach towel, little black book on Maui and Kauai, beach paddle set, sunscreen and aloe sun care kit, beach bag
  • Worked with suppliers to ensure that all items were produced as per client brand guidelines and delivered directly to client’s convention location
  • Our logistics stayed ahead of the curve and worked with US customs to ensure all paperwork and duties were accounted for so there would be no unnecessary delays.
  • Tracked shipment to final destination by staying in contact with couriers and resort staff to ensure that all shipments arrived on schedule and in good order.

Results

  • Attendees were very happy to receive the kit and made good use of all the items at the event
  • Client was thrilled with attendees reaction and hard work of our team to ensure that all program objectives were not only met but exceeded

Case Study: Manulife National Conference Attendee Gift Program

Objective is to provide National Conference Attendee Gift for weekend at Deerhurst

  • Offer attendees a gift as remembrance of the event
  • An “Outdoor” theme should be incorporated into gift
  • Items must be something that the attendee will use after the event

Program Execution

  • Developed and sourced brand name “Roots” product offering that fit within client objectives and budgets
  • Negotiated with Roots to go outside of their standard company policy to create a unique item that was highly desired by client
  • Photo frame was included so attendees could take photos at the event as a keepsake of the weekend

Results

  • Client was thrilled with the gifts and the response from attendees.
  • Client was so appreciative of the hard work by our team in exceeding their objectives that they sent a ”Roots” scarf back to us as a gift along with a hand written thank you card as a sign of their appreciation.
